Yes, we are 100% legal. All of our dispensaries have received a retail store authorization from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to sell legal Cannabis and accessories. This means we are authorized as a legal recreational dispensary. We are not authorized to provide any medical advice or sell medical Cannabis.

You are legally able to purchase up to 30 grams of dried Cannabis or the equivalent in extracts, seeds, edibles or topicals. Laws permit you to travel within Canada with the legal limit of 30gr of Cannabis or the equivalent in edible and oil products.

Yes. You can purchase online and pick up in store via “click & collect”.

As per provincial law, all customers must display two pieces of a valid ID and be of legal drinking age to enter the stores.

To protect you and our staff, we have implemented increased cleaning of surfaces, protective protocols when handling inventory, social distancing requirements in-store, mandatory masks, and barriers at our checkout counter. AND limited display.

No, you do not need a prescription to purchase any of our products. In fact, as a “Recreational” store, we are restricted from giving any medical advice. 

No, we are only permitted to allow of-age people into our stores. 

We have other options like from ingestible oils, capsules, gummies or chocolates there are many great options for consumption with more landing on our shelves weekly.

Each and every product that we carry comes directly from the cannabis plant. This means that you will always find a trace of THC in everything that you purchase.

There are two main active compounds in the cannabis plant.  THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive part of the plant which produces stimulating or calming effects and CBD (Cannabidiol) promotes relaxation without the psychoactive effects. 

Sativas are known for creating an uplifting feeling while Indicas produce a more sedative effect. Hybrids are a cross breed of the two groups. 

If you pre-ordered online for pickup, your order would be available in-store within minutes throughout that store’s opening hours for the day. Just show us proof of purchase, we will have your order ready to go at any sales counter.
